Late Onset

Different forms of CAH can occur, some of which may only appear during childhood or adolescence. Symptoms may be less pronounced than in the classic form but can still lead to health problems. Women with “Late Onset” may experience irregular menstrual cycles, excessive hair growth, or fertility issues. In men, it can lead to delayed puberty or erectile problems.
